Meet The Directors
Stephen May
One of the two “founding fathers” of Vivid Solutions, Steve has over 6 years’ experience in the recruitment industry. Having worked for a leading healthcare and pharmaceutical headhunting specialist, he built up two new markets and managed a team of 15 consultants before embarking on a new adventure with Luke.
Prior to a career in recruitment, Steve was a professional football player for Brighton and Hove Albion FC and that passion still burns within him! He is very outgoing and is easy to talk to and has brought this ethos to Vivid Solutions.
Luke Elias
The other “founding father” of Vivid Solutions, Luke studied Law with Business at the University of Brighton. Upon graduating, he worked his way up to the position of National Accounts Director within a boutique finance company. Following great success in this position, he made the decision to work in a more personable, less corporate environment and that’s when he entered the world of recruitment!
Luke is both meticulous and attentive in his work, ensuring that the team is always striving to exceed expectations for both clients and candidates. Along with Steve, he is sociable and outgoing and they have made Vivid Solutions an enjoyable and friendly environment to work in.
